After leaving Mankato State University in 1999 with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Brent went to work for Polaris Industries up in Roseau, MN. Although he enjoyed living and working in Roseau, he moved back to the Twin Cities after 6 months due to a bad ATV accident that left him in rough shape for a while. He moved home to be cared for and returned to Roseau once he felt better. It was while living in Roseau that he decided to start working on building his own business. After a few years in Roseau and with a solid business model in mind, Brent moved back to the Twin Cities and started Image Property Management which is now called Image Contracting.

Shortly after starting his business, Brent ran into Stephanie, a high school friend and they were married a few years later. Brent and Stephanie have 3 great kids and are fortunate enough to have the kids help out the businesses on occasion. Stephanie is also not afraid of working in the business and she helps out whenever she is needed. 

Today, Image Contracting employs office staff and multiple installation and construction crews. They even have an Irrigation devision employing its own installation and service crews. Brent is proud of the Image Contracting team and calls them the heart and soul of their company. They take customer service just as seriously as Brent and that has helped the business succeed.

Now on to new adventures and higher goals Brent has decided to add a Handy man division. MyMNHandyman, The newest endeavor that Brent and his family are off too. Our Handyman services is here to help with any house hold problems. Between MyMNHandyman, Image Contracting, and Image Irrigation there is no project to big or to small for us. 

From just a few shovels and a hard work ethic, to a fleet of trucks and all of the best equipment – Brent likes to say that this is all just getting started.
